We specialise in post-production for TV, digital and large-format screens, working with household names like Aldi, Tombola, MoD, BOXT and Pampers. From TV adverts to immersive 3D DOOH displays, we bring bold ideas to life with precision and creativity backed by decades of experience.
Our in-house grading and audio suites, along with our skilled 2D and 3D artists, ensure a smooth production process from start to finish. Located just minutes from the M62 with direct rail links to London, Manchester, and Leeds, we’re easily accessible for all our clients.

Our team brings a wealth of expertise and a shared vision for high-end post-production in the North.
Our Managing Director, Chris Brearley, entered the industry as a VFX and motion graphics artist and later specialised in colour grading over a decade ago. With deep knowledge of post-production workflows, Chris ensures every project runs seamlessly from start to finish. Our Creative Director, Chris Birks, is a BAFTA-winning 3D animation specialist. He was part of the acclaimed Red Vision team behind Battleground Britain and co-founded VTR North.
While working freelance, they saw the need for a Northern studio capable of delivering high-end CGI and post-production services on par with London’s facilities. With over 50 years of combined experience, they launched One Bright Dot to offer clients the same technical excellence and creative innovation – without the London price tag.
